How to cook
Defrost
Remove required amount from all packaging, place on a plate, cover.
Defrost in a refrigerator for 12 hours.
Once defrosted, use immediately.
Pan Fry Defrost
Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan.
Place skin side down in the pan and fry over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes.
Turn three quarters through cooking time.
Oven Frozen
Remove required amount from packaging.
Place skin side down, wrap the ?llet loosely in foil.
Optional: brush with a little oil and season to taste.
Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 20-25 minutes.
TAKE CARE WHEN OPENING THIS PRODUCT AS THERE MAY BE A BUILD UP OF STEAM!.

I haven't started this pack yet but they're usually OK. I usually wrap them in foil with a know of butter and bake.
